Mental Health Carers NT Alice Springs Office offers support to families and friends caring for a person who is living with a mental illness. We can assist families and friends to cope with the realisation that someone you know has a mental illness and assist with seeking appropriate advice.
We occupy a large space at Helm House in the centre of town, Suite 2A/40 Bath Street. Helm House is a Well Being Centre where family members can come during the day for time out or to talk with our support worker or take part in our regular activities. The Centre is open between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday and between 9am & 2pm Saturdays. You are welcome to drop in during opening hours or call on 08 8953 1467.
