The Day to Day Living in the Community program, operating in Gladstone, helps people with severe and persistent mental illness live in the community.
 
How Day to Day Living in the Community can help you
The focus of this program is to reduce social isolation by providing recreational and educational activities and promoting independence and quality of life.

In this program, individuals are able to focus on relearning old skills, developing new skills, making friends, joining in community activities, developing confidence and accomplishing personal goals.

There is no fee for the Day to Day Living in the Community program, only moderate charges for meals and some activities.
 

How Day to Day Living in the Community is funded
This program is funded by the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing.
