About Federation Hub House
Federation Hub House is a non-clinical support service that provides individuals with a supportive environment, encouraging them to become an active participant in their own recovery process.
 
This year, Federation Hub House has undergone a transformation, both physically and in terms of the services provided. Individuals accessing this service can utilise the onsite resources as a stepping stone on their way to reclaiming their life in the community.  The service is facilitated by the onsite employees who support individuals to contribute to their community in significant and meaningful ways.
 
Federation Hub House is located at Owen Park in Southport, and is open Monday to Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm, Fridays 9:30am – 4:30pm.
 
How Federation Hub House can help you
Individuals accessing this service are able to access information about food, transportation and accommodation sources, information about what’s going on in the Gold Coast community, opportunities to participate in health and active groups, develop skills in interactive ‘how to sessions,’ and engage in presentations by  provide guest speakers.
 
Referrals to Federation Hub House
To be eligible for Federation Hub House individuals need to be diagnosed with a major mental illness, be over 18 years of age, require recovery based support to develop daily living skills, enhance social networks, be willing to engage in the program, reside within the Gold Coast region and have clinical or non-clinical support in place outside of the Hub House.

Referrals for Federation Hub House can come from individuals, families, friends, government departments, medical professionals and community based organisations.
