MIFWA's Telephone Information and Referral Service
Our information line is open 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday on (08) 9228 0200. Give us a call if you need information on mental illness, support services and treatments or referrals. Or you can email info@mifwa.org.au. This service is free and confidential and any personal information you send us will not be used for any other purpose or passed to any other organisation. Please note that we do not have doctors who provide medical or clinical advice to individuals.

E-Hub Online Mental Health Programs
The e-hub research and development group is based at the Australian National University and provides free and anonymous online mental health services that are rigorously researched and based on the best available scientific evidence. They can be used as self-help programs or as adjuncts to other forms of therapy.
All E-Hub programs are anonymous, available 24/7 and free of charge to consumers.

Our Consumer Place is a resource centre run entirely by people diagnosed with mental illness. Our Consumer Place provides information, training, support and advice to consumer-run groups and projects.
Carer Websites
Carers WA is a non-profit, community based organisation and registered charity dedicated to improving the lives of the estimated 250,000 family carers living in Western Australia.
Carers WA have recently released a Young Carers website. This website is suitable for young people who under the age of 26 who help look after a family member who needs extra support at home. The person they care for may have a disability, mental illness, a drug or alcohol problem, or a long term illness.

The Office of Multicultural Interests’ website, is a user-friendly resource that offers you a comprehensive range of information related to the Citizenship and Multicultural Interests and cultural diversity in Western Australia.
