This Hub House at MIFQ’s office in Brisbane is a great place for people with mental illness to meet people and take part in social activities such as pool competitions, barbecues, touch football days, and fun days.

Funded largely by Disability Services it is facilitated by voluntary convenors who have a lived experience of mental illness

Hours

The House is open Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm with late night opening on Thursday to 8pm, Saturday 4pm to 8pm and Sunday 11am to 3pm.

Who can drop in?

To visit the Arthur Street Hub House you must be a member of the Mental Illness Fellowship of Queensland ($11 or $5.50 for concession card holders). 

Visitors are allowed to visit the Hub House three times before they are asked to become a member.
