About the Haven
This program provides support people living with severe and persistent mental illness in the community. It assists individuals to decrease social isolation by increasing capacity to participate in social, recreational and educational activities, and improving independence and quality of life.
 
The Haven supports individuals to focus on re-learning old skills, developing new skills, developing social networks, participating in community activities, developing confidence, and accomplishing personal goals.

Individuals in this service also enjoy getaway holidays, multicultural functions and TAFE courses, with an emphasis on strengthening the recovery process for participants. 
 
Operating Hours
The Haven operates Monday to Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm.
 
Referrals to the Haven
To become a member of the Hub House you must be diagnosed with a mental illness. To become a member complete the form attached and return to The Haven.
 
How the Haven is funded
The Haven is funded by the Department of Health and Ageing.
