Let's talk about mental health

THE Land wants to get more people in the bush talking – and thinking – about mental health. That’s why it’s partnering with NSW Farmers and the Rural Adversity Mental Health Program (RAMHP) to run a new monthly mental health forum that will explore issues such as depression and anxiety and achieving good mental health.
The Land’s editor Sally White said the online forum would allow readers to ask questions of mental health professionals. “We had tremendous feedback on the Glove Box Guide to Mental Health we put together last year and wanted to do something to build on that,” she said.
