We provide social and recreational support services to people diagnosed with a mental illness and their carers and families in Darwin, Palmerston, Coolalinga and Alice Springs. If you need information, carer education, rehabilitation, family support, carer support, respite, advocacy, we can help. You are not alone. One in five will experience some form of mental illness in their lifetime.
