Federation Clubhouse, Southport
Federation Clubhouse on the Gold Coast is a rehabilitation centre for adults with a diagnosed mental illness. The Clubhouse started in 2001 and is funded by Disability Services.
At Federation Clubhouse you can work towards your recovery goals, make friends and have fun. Services at the rehabilitation centre include help gaining work skills, finding accommodation, recreation, education and social support. And you will have opportunities to contribute in meaningful ways to the day to day running of the Clubhouse and to attend social and recreational activities in a safe, nurturing and respectful environment.
It is also an information hub where you can source information and find out what you need to know from information sessions and guest speakers. Previous speakers have been from the Queensland Institute of TAFE, Public Trustee, Home Health Link and the Department of Housing.
