Support Groups

We run a number of support groups for people living with mental illness and carers.

Discovery - Peer to Peer Discovery chat sessions, people with lived experiences of various mental health challenges will present wonderful stories of recovery and discovery. Each session will focus on a particular psychiatric struggle, followed by the opportunity for people who share that condition to talk together about their own experiences,  including challenges and personal approaches to wellness.

Peer to Peer discovery is for people experiencing anxiety, depression and or mania.

Sound Minds - a group supporting people who hear voices.

If you are a carer, the Mood Disorder Carers Group or the Marion Carers Group will help you gain insight and knowledge from others who have experienced your situation. As well as getting mutual support you can also learn from regular guest speakers.

The Healthy Living Group is for people who wish to commit and stay motivated for improved mental and physical health.
