Volunteer
MIFQ volunteers are an incredible group of people. Not only do they give their precious time to help us raise awareness, fundraise and fight to reduce stigma, but they also help form the backbone of our organisation.
At MIFQ we have a number of volunteering opportunities available throughout the year. Predominantly these are event and fundraising based, however at times administrative and service based opportunities may be available.
Why volunteer with MIFQ?
There are so many great reasons to volunteer with MIFQ. By volunteering you will be:
-
using your skills to advance a higher purpose;
-
adding to our voice in the community;
-
meeting new and interesting like-minded people; and
-
helping to raise awareness of our organisation and causes;
To register your interest in becoming a MIFQ volunteer, please contact Human Resources on (07) 5563 8855.
* Individuals applying to volunteer will be required to have or obtain, with the assistance of MIFQ, a Department of Communities Criminal History Screening (Prescribed Notice Yellow Card).
